If any of the following terms get violated, you will be
globally banned from using our services without a refund.
- Attempting/conspiring to share or sell your account or use our software(s) from different
computers/computational environments will result in your account being closed and banned without prior
notification and without a refund.
- We retain the right to choose to not sell our product(s) to you.
- Opening empty support requests or acting in a disrespectful manner to anyone in our administration
team will result in your account being closed and banned without prior notification and without a refund.
- We are not responsible or liable for however you choose to use our products.
- Attempting/conspiring to reverse engineer, crack or share our software(s) illegally will result in your
account being closed and banned withour prior notification and without a refund.
- Attempting/conspiring to sell and or give away your registered account will result in your account being
closed and banned without prior notification and without a refund.
- We reserve the right to suspend, ban, flag, close and warn your account without notification if we deem
it necessary. Manual verification may also be required at any time you use our software(s) to continue
use; this includes the requirement of having to send in photographic identification matching the
information of the debit/credit card or PayPal account used to purchase our software(s) without prior
notification.
- You're not allowed to buy/use our products/services if you are an employee of Facepunch, Facepunch
Studios, Microsoft, The Coalition, Nexon, Wargaming, Ubisoft, Studio Wildcard, Electronic Arts, DICE,
Reto-Moto, Rockstar, 2K Games, Activision, or Offworld Industries, or are a family member or acquaintance
of the aforementioned.
- You're not allowed to buy/use our products/services if you are an employee of any law firm contracted
with Facepunch, Facepunch Studios, Microsoft, The Coalition, Nexon, Wargaming, Ubisoft, Studio Wildcard,
Electronic Arts, DICE, Reto-Moto, Rockstar, 2K Games, Activision, or Offworld Industries, or a family
member or acquaintance of said firm.
- You're not allowed to buy/use our products/services if you are an employee of any company offering an
anti-cheat service including Punkbuster, Valve, GameBlocks, Battleye, EasyAntiCheat or Playerindex, or are
a family member or acquaintance of the aforementioned.
- You're not allowed to buy/use our products/services if you are an employee of any game development
studio.
- You're not allowed to buy/use our products/services for any investigative purposes.
- You're not allowed to buy/use our products/services if you are a staff member of any alternate software
provider or a family member of the aforementioned.
Refunds:
- Once you purchase a product, you have a 48 hour period of which you can request a refund. Valid
reasonings of refunds include - incompatible hardware or an incompatible operating system. Refunds will
not be given if the software has been used successfully at least 1 time.
The Terms of service can change at any time with or without further notice.
